Manufacturing Team Lead - 1st Shift Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$17.40 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)

Lead daily production activities and help ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

Train, support, and coach operators on procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.

Monitor production schedules, material needs, downtime issues, and quality concerns while communicating updates to supervisors.

Perform quality checks, verify tooling and gauges, and assist with changeovers and troubleshooting.

Promote a safe, productive work environment and help team members meet company standards.
Manufacturing Team Lead - 1st Shift Qualifications:
-
Previous manufacturing experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-
Ability to train employees and provide direction in a professional manner.

Comfortable using production documentation, quality records, and manufacturing software systems.
