Pay Details
Travel LPN – W2 + Stipend
- Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $39.00
- Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $1,404.00
- Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $12.00
- Minimum Hourly Stipend: $27.00
- Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $432.00
- Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $972.00

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within LPN scope
- Monitor residents, record vital signs, perform assessments

- Maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive care environment
Experience & Skills
- LTC, SNF, Nursing Home, Rehab, or Assisted Living experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
- EMR/EHR documentation experience a plus
Requirements
- Active LPN License (State)
- Current BLS Certification
