JOB TYPE: Respite Care Caseworker
LOCATION: Salisbury and Baltimore, Maryland
SCHEDULE: Part - Time
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree
-
Experience working with youth and families in social services context

Valid driver's license with properly registered and insured vehicle

Proficient in Microsoft Office
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-
Development of a respite service plan for each client and assist each client to implement that plan
-
Assess the needs of families requesting respite and develop service plans to meet those needs
-
Counsel clients as needed during respite stay
-
To maintain accurate, detailed, current case records and prepare a quarterly report on each client on assigned caseload and aid in the periodic staff review of each client’s progress of classification, privileges and case progression.

Report emergencies to after-hours workers
