Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking two reliable Registered Nurses (RN) to work at an adolescent residential treatment facility in Bergen County! This residential care for at-risk youth and children that require behavioral health support and social services.
Hours: 1pm-9 pm
Days: Tuesday-Saturday
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Ratio: Nurse to PT ratio varies- total building census is approx 35 kids 5-15

Days: Sunday only

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to youth including minor injuries, illnesses, and medication administration.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify health issues and provide appropriate interventions or referrals as needed.
- Serving as the secondary nurse.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all students, including immunization records, health history, and medication administration logs.
Qualifications:
· Current New Jersey RN License
· BLS Certification required
· Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, residential, or adolescent settings
· Current Physical, PPD or Quantiferon within the last 6 months (We reimburse!)
