Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet individual client needs
- Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, following all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Provide spa services such as makeup application and other aesthetic treatments to enhance clients’ appearance
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their ongoing skin health goals
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment procedures, and ensure a positive experience
- Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and promoting additional services to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing
- Proficiency in spa services such as makeup application and esthetic laser treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Experience in cosmetology or esthetician licensing requirements as mandated by local regulations
- Ability to perform waxing services efficiently while ensuring client comfort
- Excellent communication skills for client consultation and product education
- Sales acumen for retail product promotion and service upselling
