Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a mechanical aptitude to build custom garage door grilles based on specific sales orders. You will be responsible for the full assembly process, including glass installation, while ensuring every piece meets our high quality standards.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Core Duties-
Construct custom grilles by utilizing CNC-machined components and aluminum frames.

Securely fasten grille parts within their aluminum frames.

Utilize various manual and electric tools to complete product assembly.

Prepare, sanitize, and insert glass panels into finished grille frames.

Perform thorough inspections to help maintain our high standards of product quality.

Organize, label, and wrap finished goods to prepare them for transport.

Interpret assembly guides and basic technical drawings to complete tasks.

Keep your workstation tidy and orderly to support efficient operations.
Required Skills and Experience-
Proficiency in taking precise measurements with a tape measure.

Practical experience operating standard power and hand tools.

Capability to comprehend and execute tasks based on assembly diagrams.

A strong focus on precision to ensure superior product quality.

Must possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Background in production, manufacturing, or assembly environments is a plus.
Physical Demands-
Capacity to lift weights between 50 and 100 lbs.

Ability to remain mobile, standing, sitting, or bending throughout your shift.
