Pay & Incentives
- Average weekly earnings: $1,400–$1,500
- Estimated annual earnings: $68,400–$72,800
- Average 1,800–2,200 miles per week
- Stop pay: $15 per stop
- Short-haul bonus: $40 (under 100 miles)
- Paid orientation: $300
- Travel, lodging, and meals provided during orientation
Home Time
- 34-hour restart

Position Details
- Combination of drop-and-hook and live loads
- Reliable freight with steady miles
- Mix of day and night driving depending on dispatch
Equipment
- Late-model tractors (Freightliner, Kenworth, International)
- Automatic transmissions
- Well-maintained fleet for driver comfort and safety
Responsibilities
- Run assigned regional routes safely and efficiently
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records
- Comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate with dispatch for load coordination
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be at least 21 years old (drivers who are 20 years old are also encouraged to apply)
- No experience required (entry-level drivers welcome)
- Must pass a hair follicle drug screening
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
