We are seeking residential HVAC installers who hold active Journeyman Competency Cards in both the City of Saint Paul and the City of Minneapolis. Hiring bonus of $2,500 paid after 6 months; must have all of the following:
- Warm Air / Ventilation
- Refrigeration
- Gas

You lead the install. We support you behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading residential HVAC system replacements (furnaces, AC, boilers, IAQ, duct modifications)
- Delivering clean, organized, code-compliant installations
- Mentoring apprentices and helpers on-site
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Representing the Hurlburt standard of craftsmanship and customer experience
Required Licensing
Active Journeyman Competency Cards in both Saint Paul and Minneapolis in:
- Warm Air / Ventilation
- Refrigeration
- Gas
- Steam & Hot Water (Preferred but not mandatory)
Also Required:
- EPA Universal Certification
- 3+ years residential HVAC install experience
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota mechanical code
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
