Pay and Total Earnings
- Total Hourly Range: $15.00 - $16.00+ per hour (Base + Tips)
- The Breakdown: $13.00 - $14.00 Base Pay + Tips (Tips are guaranteed at an extra $2.00 per hour minimum on your paycheck!).
- Experienced Candidates: If you already have management or shift leader experience, let us know! We offer competitive starting pay based on what you bring to the table.
- Clear Growth Path: We promote from within! If you have the drive, we will train and mentor you to move up into a Shift Leader role.

Availability and Shifts
- Night Shift Availability Required: We are specifically looking for team members with evening and night availability. Once the doors lock and the closing clean-up is wrapped up, you will be out by 10:00 PM!
- Weekend Priority: Weekend and shift flexibility are essential to support the team during our busiest days.
- Flexible Scheduling: We prefer team members who want flexible hours, and we are happy to work around school schedules for our high school and college crew members!
- Status: Full-Time (30 to 40 hours per week) and Part-Time options are available.
What You Will Do
We train our team crew and sub makers to be masters of the Front Line. You will learn to provide a Sub Above experience at every station:
- The Slicer (Requires age 18+): Mastering the art of slicing premium meats and cheeses fresh to order.
- The Sprinkle: Dressing subs to perfection "The Juice Way" with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil, and spices.
- The Grill: Crafting our famous hot subs (Philly Cheesesteaks and more) fresh on the grill.
- The Cashier and Wrapper: Providing elite customer service, handling transactions, and packing every sub with care.
What We Are Looking For
- Character: Reliable, punctual, coachable, and bringing a positive, can-do attitude every day.
- Age Requirement: 16+ welcome! (Note: You must be 18 or older to operate the slicing equipment).
- Ambition: You want to grow your skills and are excited about the opportunity to move up into leadership.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
