Job Summary
Immediate opportunity available. We are expanding or staff and looking for motivated individuals to join our team at our locations in Destin. Previous experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will be proficient at working with customers and possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Setup/take down beach equipment
-Must be able to carry/move beach equipment.
-Provide exceptional guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage transactions accurately
- Oversee beach activities
- Assist in organizing and managing daily operations
- Handle conflicts or issues that may arise with guests
Skills
- Prior experience in a resort setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well with customers and coworkers
- Proficiency in word processing
- Lifeguard /CPR certification is a plus
- Conflict management skills
Pay: $140.00 - $150.00 per day
