Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious smoothies, and a variety of food items while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve smoothies and other food items with precision and care.
- Operate POS systems such as Square accurately and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and serving counters.
- Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cash register operations and balancing at shift end.
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies, restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is highly desirable, along with a passion for food service.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
