Position: Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
- Create and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on care including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
- Track patient progress with clear, compliant documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise and support PTAs and clinic staff as appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Delaware Physical Therapy license (or eligibility prior to start date)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Passion for patient-centered care and continuous learning
- New graduates welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus but not required
- Specialty certifications (OCS, manual therapy, dry needling, etc.) are a bonus—not a must
