Requirements

HHA or CNA certification preferred (or willingness to train)

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Strong communication skills and a steady, calm presence

Comfortable following care plans and health and safety protocols
The Day-to-Day
Assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home. Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition. Medication reminders. Meal prep and light housekeeping. Companionship along the way.
