What You’ll Do (Besides Being Awesome):
- Translate “my car feels weird” into actual service solutions
- Calm customers when the check engine light decides to ruin their day
- Work with techs who speak fluent “mechanic”
- Keep CDJR vehicles (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) running strong
- Deliver honest advice—no pressure, no nonsense
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong people skills (you like humans more than robots )
- Basic automotive knowledge—or the willingness to learn fast
- Ability to multitask without losing your cool
- Someone who can smile before coffee (or at least fake it)
Bonus points if you:
- Have dealership or service advisor experience
- Can explain repairs without using scary words
- Know the difference between a Jeep wave and a Ram stare
