We're looking for a self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help generate new client opportunities. This is a remote, independent contractor (1099) position responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting outbound outreach, and scheduling qualified discovery meetings for the Founder.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, lead generation, or appointment setting who enjoys building relationships and creating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Research prospective clients within ArcherTalent's target industries.
- Identify key decision-makers, including CEOs, Founders, Owners, Presidents, and Operations leaders.
- Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Follow up with prospects using structured outreach sequences.
- Qualify leads using ArcherTalent's ideal client profile.
- Schedule discovery meetings directly on the Founder's calendar.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Provide weekly reporting on outreach activity and meeting metrics.
Ideal Candidate
- 1+ years in appointment setting, business development, recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with executives.
- Organized and self-directed while working remotely.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools is preferred.
- Independent contractor mindset with strong accountability.

Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate will consistently:
- Generate 40–60 qualified outbound touches per day
- Book 6–10 qualified discovery meetings per month
- Build a healthy pipeline of prospective ArcherTalent clients
- Contribute to long-term client growth through consistent business development
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
