About the Position
Do you enjoy Apple technology, working with people, and helping customers feel more confident with their devices? MacMan is looking for an outgoing and dependable individual to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people choose the right Apple products, understand their options, and get support with their iPhone, iPad, or Mac. The role focuses primarily on customer service, Apple product sales, one-on-one iOS and macOS support, basic technology training, and checking in customers’ devices for service.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Helping customers choose the right products and services, including Mac, iPad, and iPhone
- Greeting customers and providing an excellent store experience
- Checking in customers and their devices for service
- Creating sales and service tickets
- Providing one-on-one customer support for iPhone, iPad, and Mac
- Helping customers with basic iOS and macOS questions
- Providing basic technology training and guidance
- Learning and explaining MacMan products and services
- Assisting with merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Collaborating with team members to meet customer service and sales goals

Previous technology sales or support experience is helpful, but it is not required.
Training Provided
MacMan provides on-the-job training, including:
- Hands-on customer service and sales training
- Apple product and sales training
- iOS, macOS, iPhone, iPad, and Mac support training
- Point-of-sale system training
- Service check-in training
- Ongoing product and service education

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
