Duties
- Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations during your shift.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation.
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate employee orientation, training & development initiatives to foster team growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within the retail industry or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong management skills with a focus on team management, leadership, and communication.
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, inventory control, and operational management.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and payroll processing.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising standards, and store management best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively.
