We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast, processing payments efficiently and securely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beer, wine, and bar supplies; assist with stock ordering as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings with good cocktail-making skills
- Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits, craft beer trends, and food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing
- Commitment to food safety standards and proper beverage presentation techniques
