We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for retail management, equipped with strong organizational skills and a drive to motivate teams toward success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise retail staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales processes, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
- Manage employee scheduling, shift assignments, and payroll processing to optimize store coverage and efficiency
- Implement merchandising strategies, pricing adjustments, and stock replenishment to maximize sales potential and maintain attractive product displays
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and facilitate ongoing training to enhance team skills and motivation
- Maintain inventory control through accurate stock tracking, ordering, and shrinkage prevention measures

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
