Duties

- Ensure the safety of children by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices
- Support classroom management by promoting positive behavior and conflict resolution techniques
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress and address individual needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment that aligns with childcare standards and regulations
Skills
- Proven experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure prompt response to emergencies
- Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs
- Strong classroom experience with behavior management strategies
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
- Passion for nurturing young minds through teaching, caregiving, and playful learning activities
