Manor Eleven Hospitality is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of a small, intimate, bustling restaurant on Long Island’s East End. Our chef-driven concept features a modern New American menu focused on seasonal ingredients, creative specials, and an elevated guest experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef looking to put their stamp on a growing restaurant. The successful candidate will be personally onboarded by our current Executive Chef to ensure a seamless transition into the role.
Immediate start available.Housing is not provided. Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Eastport and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Lead all back-of-house operations
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage kitchen staff
- Order and maintain food inventory
- Manage food costs, inventory, and waste
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Source quality products while controlling purchasing costs
- Oversee all prep, execution, and service
- Develop seasonal specials and new menu offerings
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Train, mentor, and hold kitchen staff accountable
- Ensure all health department regulations and food safety standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
- Work closely with ownership on menu development and operational improvements
Qualifications
- Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience preferred
- All required food safety certifications must be current
- Extensive knowledge of modern cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with ordering, scheduling, inventory, food costing, and vendor management
- Clean, organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable, professional, and committed to excellence
