What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule maintenance and follow up on unsold estimates
- Help maximize our technicians' schedules
- Communicate with technicians and dispatch throughout the day
- Keep customer information accurate and organized
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every interaction
