Adoray Home Health and Hospice is hiring for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist.
Physical Therapist Required Experience:
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred.
Physical Therapist Educational Requirements:
- Graduate of a physical therapy program with curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent (as outlined in the Federal Register defining qualifications).
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred.
- Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license required, and Minnesota preferred.
- Current Wisconsin driver’s license.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of community resources.
- Working knowledge of Hospice and Home Health.
- Ability to work autonomously and make independent judgments.
- Ability to creatively problem solve.
- Evidence of attendance of hospice training class or willingness to attend.
- Basic computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44.00 - $59.54 per hour
