Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a leading global manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting industrial equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring reliable production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment with industrial machinery, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls.
Responsibilities:
Equipment Installation & Preventive Maintenance
- Install, set up, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
- Make minor equipment modifications and adjustments to improve performance.
Predictive Maintenance
- Utilize predictive maintenance techniques and diagnostic tools to identify potential equipment failures.
- Monitor equipment condition and recommend corrective actions before breakdowns occur.
- Analyze equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshooting & Repair
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.
- Troubleshoot industrial machinery and production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Perform repairs independently while collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams as needed.
Facility Maintenance
- Support general facility maintenance and upkeep.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with facility repairs and maintenance projects that support production operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical degree, vocational training, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Working knowledge of industrial safety practices.

Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
