We are seeking New York admitted candidates with a minimum of 4+ years of insurance coverage experience. There will be opportunities to engage in insurance coverage litigation. Excellent writing, communication, research and analytical skills are required.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of New York
- Superior analytical skills
- Professional written work product, with the ability to concisely explain what matters most and why for clients, courts and litigant counsel

- Draft coverage position letters
- Draft coverage opinions
- Draft demand letters seeking insurance coverage
