Job Summary:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and providing outstanding guest service in a high-energy event settings. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about a wide range of beverages, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with venue recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs, responding promptly, and engaging with a professional and positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and products are stocked and properly stored.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Check identification to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down bar stations for events as needed.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment and support fellow staff members.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting (banquet, event, or beach club experience a plus).
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-specific dates. Weekdays a plus
