HOW DO WE DO THAT. We specialize in a technique called non-surgical spinal decompression. The tables gently stretch the spine to take pressure off of the spinal nerves and help reduce pain. Other treatments performed are cold laser therapy, power plate rehab exercises, Chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy and more!
Your duties would be;
- Follow a proven phone script to increase booking rate, show rate, and overall patient starts
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
- Confirm appointments, reduce no-shows, and proactively follow up with missed or “thinking about it” prospects
- Track daily and weekly KPIs (booking %, show rate, reactivation) and participate in performance reviews
- Deliver a confident, professional first impression while representing a premium, cash-based healthcare service
