Position Summary
The Information Technology Intern provides day-to-day support for end user requests related to software, hardware, and peripherals and ensures timely resolution.

Assists in fielding support calls, chats, emails, or other communications from users

Applies basic knowledge of computer software & hardware to fix issues with assistance from the IT Team

Helps set up, replace, and maintain computers, software, and equipment

Assists in maintaining and enhancing existing system integrations and custom applications, as well as design and implement new integrations and applications using modern development frameworks and tools

Documents work and updates knowledge bases to support team learning and continuity

Performs other related duties as assigned

Basic understanding of computers, software, and IT concepts

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization

Experience with or interest in learning technical tools such as PowerShell, SQL, Power BI, automation tools, or basic programming languages (e.g., C#)

Strong organizational and time management skills required to be successful working in a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting priorities

Works in a temperature-controlled environment, with low noise levels

Prolonged periods of sitting required

Occasionally required to walk, stand, lift, pull, or push objects weighing up to 15 pounds
