Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room
Location: Oregon City, OR 97045
Shift: Days | 4x10-Hour (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Required:
- Minimum 4 years of Certified Surgical Technologist experience.
- Previous travel experience required.
- BLS certification.
- NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
- Community hospital experience required.
- Strong experience in Orthopedics (Total Joints, Sports Medicine, Trauma) and Spine Surgery.
- Strong proficiency in orthopedic and spine procedures (high competency required).
- Experience with Epic preferred.
Job Details:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 4x10-hour shifts.
- 13-week travel assignment.
- On-call required: Approximately 100 hours per 4-week schedule period, including weekend call.
- No floating required.
- 1:1 patient ratio.
- Work in a 109-bed Short-Term Acute Care Hospital with 6 operating rooms (typically 5 in use).
- Primary case mix includes Orthopedic and Spine Surgery, followed by General Surgery and Gynecology.
- No vascular, cranial, or robotic surgery cases.
