What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Inspecting raw ingredients and finished nutraceutical products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Supporting continuous production flow on processing and packaging lines to maximize efficiency.
- Filling, weighing, packing, and labeling products according to batch records and instructions.
- Preparing products for shipment while maintaining proper documentation and traceability.
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up processing equipment in accordance with GMP and sanitation protocols.
- Adhering to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including FDA requirements and company policies.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and maintain an organized, safe work environment.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience in a production environment or familiarity with equipment setup and tear-down (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in clean and safe workspaces.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations.
- General knowledge of the biopharma or nutraceutical industry or a willingness to learn.
- Comfort working in various temperature conditions, including hot and cold environments.
