Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounts receivable, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth office operations and providing basic support to our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, especially under deadlines
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Drive for various tasks
- Follow up on projects and provide regular updates
- Handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain basic knowledge of computer hardware to support team needs
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Drive)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software for both Windows and Mac OS
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
