Position: Cultivation & Post-Production Team Member ($17-18/hour) - negotiable based on experience
Seeking one experienced worker, who can trim 1 lbs./day to our standards, and has experience defoliating plants.

Job Overview:
Cultivation & Post-Production team member is a hybrid role. The majority of the week will be spent assisting Post-Production with trimming, harvesting, and packaging. Certain days of the week this roll will assist Cultivation with defoliating plants, resetting bloom systems for planting, and helping to clean. More specific post-production tasks include harvesting of plants (sorting live fresh frozen), trimming flower to our quality and quantity standards, helping to packaging product (stickering containers & correctly weighing product), processing plant waste, and maintaining a clean facility. In addition to the specific tasks listed, the trim team member will be required to abide by Mammoth’s, as well as the State of Rhode Island’s compliance standards. Cultivation & Post-Production Team Memeber will report directly to the Post-Prodcution Manager & Grow Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all harvest, trimming, and packaging duties
- Assist Cultivation with defoliating plants, resetting systems for planting, and cleaning
- Ensuring quality and quantity (1lbs./day) standards are met
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours at a time
- Ability to work in tight spaces
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Abiding by RI & Mammoth’s compliance standards
Employee Requirements:
- 21 years or older (THIS IS A MUST)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Can use Microsoft Word & Excel
- Work the required hours
- Work week: 8am-5pm; Monday-Friday
- Positive attitude towards work and coworkers
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to show improvement when constructive criticism is given
Two Week Trial Period:
Upon hire, there will be a mandatory two-week trial period for the new employee. The purpose of this trial period is to ensure that the new employee has the ability to meet Mammoth’s standards and expectations for the position listed above. Once the two-week mark is met, the new employee will be evaluated, and either brought on as a permeant employee, or let go from Mammoth’s employment.
