Position Summary
Alpine Slicing and Cheese Conversion is seeking a dependable Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse, cooler, shipping, and receiving operations. This position is responsible for moving products safely and accurately throughout the facility, loading and unloading trucks, and helping maintain an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in working safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a forklift and hand jack to move products throughout the facility.
- Transport products between production areas, coolers, and storage locations.
- Load and unload trucks accurately while verifying products and paperwork.
- Rotate inventory and help maintain organized cooler and warehouse storage areas.
- Wrap pallets and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Previous forklift, warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work safely and follow company procedures.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with computers or Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in cooler and refrigerated environments.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule
- Full-Time Position.

- Overtime and occasional weekends may be required based on business needs.
