Advent Talent Group is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join a growing consumer products organization with national retail and commercial customers. This role serves as a key link between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Accounting, and Compliance, ensuring accurate customer pricing, contract administration, order management, and EDI processes while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Overview
Position Type: Contract (September 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027)
Location: Hybrid | Minneapolis, MN
Schedule: 32 hours per week
Pay Rate: $26.00-$31.00 per hour
Responsibilities

Maintain and audit customer-specific pricing, item data, and product information to ensure accuracy across internal systems.

Coordinate customer contract updates and ensure pricing, catalog, and account information is properly reflected before order processing.

Monitor, process, and troubleshoot EDI orders, resolving transaction errors and ensuring timely acknowledgements.

Review orders for pricing accuracy, communicate with customers regarding discrepancies, and document approved corrections.

Track, investigate, and help resolve chargebacks, deductions, and customer disputes in partnership with accounting, operations, sales, and compliance teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic accounts, improve processes, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, strategic accounts, pricing administration, EDI, or contract administration.

Strong understanding of customer purchase order processes, pricing structures, and order-to-cash workflows.

Experience working within ERP systems and managing customer-specific pricing, item setup, and account data.

Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve order, pricing, and system discrepancies with minimal supervision.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, operations, accounting, and customer-facing teams.
