Clinical & Aesthetic Medical Assistant

Compensation: $18–$22/hour

We’re currently seeking a Clinical/Aesthetic Medical Assistant who is personable, motivated, and eager to grow with a dynamic and compassionate team.
What You’ll Do:

Welcome and prepare patients for exams and procedures.

Accurately obtain and record vitals and medical histories.

Assist with Med Spa services including IV therapy and subcutaneous/IM injections.

Administer medications and injections under provider supervision.

Handle laboratory specimens and perform basic diagnostic tests.

Provide exceptional Allergy care to children and adults .
-
Coordinate appointments and maintain up-to-date patient records.

Educate and support patients throughout their care journey.
Help at the front desk as needed — front office experience is a plus!

What You Bring:
-
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.

Experience in a clinical or medical office setting a strong advantage.

Familiarity with medical terminology and standard clinical practices.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, team-focused setting.

Proficiency with EHR systems.
Phlebotomy and IV skills.
