Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead and coordinate maintenance operations across our facility. This dynamic role involves coordinating repair activities, managing inventory and parts sourcing, and ensuring all equipment and systems operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical knowledge in bag manufacturing equipment, and equipment repair, as well as experience with contractor management and general building maintenance. Duties
- Coordinate maintenance schedules for equipment and other critical infrastructure to minimize downtime.
- Manage parts administration, inventory control, and parts sourcing to ensure timely procurement of automotive parts and accessories.
- Oversee supplier management processes, including vendor negotiations, performance evaluations, and procurement management to optimize costs and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment repair needs and coordinate external service providers or in-house technicians for maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, pricing details, and supplier communications to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement management, or parts administration within manufacturing or automotive environments.
- Effective internal communication skills to coordinate across departments such as sales, procurement, logistics, auto body repair shops, and customer service teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
