Amped MD Concierge Health is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Laser Technician who wants to build a career in advanced medical aesthetics, not traditional spa services.
This is a unique opportunity to work with Morpheus8 and QuantumRF, two of the most advanced radiofrequency technologies available for skin tightening, body contouring, and tissue remodeling. Many Laser Technicians spend their careers performing facials, chemical peels, waxing, or laser hair removal. At Amped MD, you'll work alongside physicians and medical providers performing advanced physician-directed procedures that truly transform patients' health and confidence.
In addition to aesthetic treatments, you'll play an important role in our medical weight loss and concierge medicine practice, helping patients throughout their wellness journey while being cross-trained as a Medical Assistant.

ResponsibilitiesMedical Aesthetic Treatments
- Perform Morpheus8 face and body treatments.
- Assist physicians with QuantumRF procedures.
- Educate patients before and after treatments.
- Capture standardized before-and-after photographs.
- Monitor treatment progress and patient outcomes.
- Maintain laser safety standards and treatment rooms.
- Ensure exceptional patient comfort and experience.
Medical Weight Loss & Concierge Care
- Support patients throughout their medical weight loss journey.
- Obtain body composition measurements, vital signs, and clinical assessments.
- Reinforce physician treatment plans and lifestyle recommendations.
- Prepare patients for provider visits.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional concierge-level service.
Medical Assistant Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs.
- Assist physicians during office procedures.
- Prepare procedure rooms and equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
- Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control protocols.
- Maintain inventory and clinical supplies.
QualificationsRequired
- Arizona Licensed Laser Technician.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
Preferred
- Experience with Morpheus8, QuantumRF, or InMode devices.
- Medical Assistant experience or willingness to be cross-trained.
- Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical weight loss.
- Passion for wellness, longevity, and aesthetic medicine.
