As a Psychiatric/Mental Health RN, you’ll use your clinical expertise and compassion to support patients across the continuum of mental health care. This role blends nursing care, psychosocial support, and critical thinking, allowing you to make a lasting impact on individuals, families, and communities.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments

Support diagnosis and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders

Deliver direct patient care and medication administration

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Promote mental health education, prevention, and wellness

Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
