Pastry professionals encouraged to apply — chocolate experience welcome but not required.
CocoAddiction is hiring a skilled, detail-driven, and passionate Chocolatier / Pastry Cook to join our artisan chocolate production team. Most of this role is hands-on chocolate work: tempering, molded bonbons, enrobed confections, ganaches, panning, bars, and seasonal collections, with pastry and dessert production rounding out the week.
If you come from a pastry background, you already have most of what this job needs — precision, temperature control, batch consistency, clean technique, and the patience to make the four hundredth piece look exactly like the first.
