We’re currently looking for a Cannabis Chef to join our team full-time. If you have culinary experience and a strong understanding of infusion techniques—or are eager to learn—we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, cook, deposit, and package a variety of cannabis-infused products (edibles, beverages, tinctures, etc.)
- Accurately dose cannabis ingredients per batch specifications
- Maintain detailed production logs, recipes, and compliance records
- Collaborate on new product development and recipe improvements
- Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance standards
- Work with packaging, inventory, and compliance teams to maintain efficient production flow
- Troubleshoot kitchen or recipe-related issues as needed
- Track and maintain inventory of raw materials
- Support and train kitchen staff
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ year professional culinary experience (kitchen, bakery, or food manufacturing)
- ServSafe Certification (preferred)
- Experience working with cannabis products (preferred but not required)
- Understanding of food science and infusion techniques (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Ability to follow precise standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the cannabis industry
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass a background check
