Sales & Marketing Associate Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a retail setting to create a positive, high-energy experience
- Present wireless products, mobile devices, and service plans to new customers
- Explain features, pricing, and promotions in a clear, confident manner
- Assist with new enrollments, upgrades, and basic account support
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs and preferences
- Demonstrate products so customers feel confident in their decisions
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Maintain organized, visually appealing retail displays
- Stay up to date on products, promotions, and industry trends
Sales & Marketing Associate Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous Sales & Marketing Associate or related experience is a plus
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable working directly with customers
- Goal-oriented with a motivated, performance-driven mindset
- Quick learner with the ability to simplify product information
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
