JOB DESCRIPTION
– Responsible for overall cleanliness of all buildings. Perform work involving basic repair skills, troubleshooting and maintaining buildings. Other job responsibilities include:
– Changing A/C filters and lightbulbs
– Inspecting and diagnosing problems in order to make corrections.
– Contacting vendors to discuss estimates of repair costs.
– Ordering janitorial supplies and repair parts.
– Unloading delivery trucks
– Coordinating with administration during fire drills
– Securing all buildings and gates.
