General Manager – McDonald's | Tulsa, OK
$60,000–$65,000/year + Performance Bonus
Join a growing, multi-unit McDonald's operator in eastern Oklahoma built on a servant-leadership culture, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to developing talent. We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations at one of our Tulsa metro locations.
What You'll Do:
- Own full P&L responsibility for restaurant operations, including labor, food cost, and profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management and crew team
- Drive guest satisfaction through consistent execution of brand standards and service quality
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Build a strong internal succession pipeline by coaching and advancing shift leaders and emerging talent
- Champion local marketing and community involvement as a brand ambassador in the neighborhood
- Analyze restaurant performance metrics and implement action plans to hit targets
What We're Looking For:
- McDonald's system experience required
- 2+ years of General Manager experience in a quick-service restaurant environment
- Proven track record of driving sales, controlling costs, and improving guest experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and retain a winning team
- Solid understanding of P&L management and restaurant financials
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for hospitality, community involvement, and operational excellence
