Mindful Development Pediatric Therapy is a growing, trauma-informed pediatric therapy practice providing in-home and community-based services across Montana. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist who wants meaningful work, flexibility, and a supportive team culture.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat children with developmental delays, neurological, orthopedic, and motor challenges
- Create individualized, play-based treatment plans
- Work in natural environments (home & community)
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, caregivers, and medical providers
- Provide parent coaching and home programs
- Complete timely and ethical documentation
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana
- Pediatric experience preferred (but new grads are welcome!)
- Passion for working with children and families
- Comfortable working independently in the community
- Strong communication and documentation skills
