Patient Access Coordinator

Position Details

Full-Time - 11AM-8PM

In-Office Position – Grand Forks, ND
What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors

Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care access

Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations

Maintain accurate patient information and documentation

Support telehealth appointments and patient onboarding

Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
