Job Title: Product Manager
Location: San Francisco, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing a leading retail organization seeking a delivery-focused product professional to help execute the roadmap for media platforms that support owned, paid, and earned media across multiple brands. Our team is looking for someone who can turn roadmap commitments into measurable outcomes by improving campaign execution, personalization, and platform performance.
Responsibilities:
- Own delivery execution for assigned media platform features from roadmap commitment through sprint delivery.
- Write features, decompose them into epics, and maintain effort estimates and demand visibility for quarterly planning.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders on campaign automation tooling, channel delivery infrastructure, and platform integration.
- Track delivery status, surface risks and blockers through escalation channels, and monitor whether shipped work improves performance metrics.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of product management experience in marketing technology, media platforms, campaign management, or related digital environments.
- Understanding of owned media channels, including email, SMS, and push, along with campaign execution workflows.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
