We are a unique destination that blends a premium morning coffee house with a relaxed evening tap bar and wine-tasting room vibe. We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you rotate between crafting specialty coffee and serving local beer and wine.
Available Shift Blocks
Please indicate which block fits your availability:
- Morning: 6:30am-2pm, Monday-Wednesday, and Thursday-Sunday, 2-3 shifts per week
- Afternoon: 2pm-6pm, 1-3 shifts per week, any day of the week
Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages, food, beer, and wine with precision and consistency.
- Operate POS system (Shift4) and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring quick service and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (handling, prep, and workspace).
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming "tasting room" environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ (required for alcohol service).
- Reliability: Punctuality is vital to our team-based staffing model.
- Experience: Previous Barista experience
- Certifications: RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) and Food Handlers certifications are a major plus (must be obtained upon hire).
- Skills: Basic retail math, excellent time management, and a positive attitude.
