As the Human Capital & Compliance Manager, you’ll be the linchpin for the full employee lifecycle and site administration in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You’ll ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations—especially Texas labor laws—and keep OSHA-focused safety efforts front and center while elevating the employee experience.

Own recruiting through offboarding, including documentation and meticulous personnel record administration

Support payroll processing, track attendance, coordinate benefits, and maintain accurate HRIS data (ADP expertise preferred)

Develop and roll out performance reviews, evaluations, and policy updates

Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and foster a supportive, respectful workplace

Lead orientations, compliance training, safety initiatives, and engagement programming

Champion legal and safety compliance, including Texas employment regulations and OSHA standards

Partner with leadership on organizational development and workforce planning

Oversee office operations: vendor coordination, supply management, and daily facility support

Protect confidentiality and uphold high standards for HR documentation

5+ years of HR work within U.S.-based organizations; manufacturing/industrial/operations experience preferred

Robust knowledge of Texas employment law and HR compliance

Background in payroll administration and HR systems; ADP is highly preferred

Familiarity with OSHA requirements and safety programs in factory/manufacturing environments

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities

Top-tier organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
