About the Role:
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures.
You will also be responsible for preparing patients for exams, taking vital signs, and maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a positive care experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine medical procedures, such as vaccinations, wound care, and lab tests
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
- Prepare patients for exams, procedures, and surgeries
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 0 years of experience; candidates with prior experience in a healthcare setting are encouraged to apply
Ability to workFlexible part-time and full-time schedules available
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
