We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.
We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.
Feeling unappreciated as a great technician is unacceptable to us. We do not accept having a work culture where your voice is not heard. We are willing to invest in whatever is needed for your success when it comes to shop equipment and shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
Our shop has been in business since 2017. We have doubled our sales over the past three years and see nothing but growth in front of us. Our people and systems have earned us a high rating on google. Our car count is growing month after month and need help keeping up with the demand. Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our A level technicians usually start at around $85k per year with plenty of room to grow well into a six figure income.
